What is hyperSPRINT?

hyperSPRINT is the AI-enhanced format that takes a team from a strategic question to a working prototype. This platform is where that happens: seven phases, from the client offer through process analysis to continuous improvement. Every phase has a specialised AI agent that helps you think, while Claude Code in the terminal does the implementing.

Setting up a project — step by step

Open the admin dashboard

Create a new project

Pick a template

"AI Workshop" (default) or "Classic Sprint"

Start a phase

The offer phase opens with the Offer Agent

Work through the phases

Every phase has agenda items, guiding questions and a specialised agent

Set up Claude Code

Admin → Claude Code tab → download the setup script and run it in the project repo

Build phase

Claude Code implements against the PoC scope. The Build Agent plans, Claude Code in the terminal delivers.

Review

Prepare the demo, collect stakeholder feedback, decide go/no-go

Improve

Analyse feedback, ship quick wins with /next-ticket, start the next iteration
